Each year Albatross III is taken out of the water for an annual refit. 2007 was no exception and 'Alby' was out of the water from June 15 until June 23. During this time a willing bunch of workers helped to clean and paint the hull, paint the forward cabin, repair some rotting woodwork, replace the chains on the duckboard and other odd jobs.
This year refit was coordinated by Greg and Sheamus. We would also like to thank Tanya for organising the lunches and all of the Venturers, Scouts, Cubs and their parents for coming down and helping out.
